Lead Generation Specialist
The Lead Generation Specialist helps bring in qualified opportunities for Media Buyers Hub and our services. You handle prospect research and outreach with a focus on quality conversations instead of random volume. This is a commission based role, so your earning power is linked to results.
- People who are comfortable with outreach, follow up and direct communication.

- Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, Facebook, Google and relevant directories.
- Qualify prospects based on clear criteria that will be provided.
- Run outreach using email, DMs or calls depending on the channel strategy.
- Track responses and maintain basic records of outreach in the tools provided.
- Book calls or pass qualified opportunities to the internal team.
- Experience with lead generation, appointment setting or outreach is a strong plus.
- Comfortable sending cold emails, DMs and follow ups.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or media buying is helpful, but fast learners are welcome.
- Consistent availability each week to reach outreach targets.
- Comfort with a commission based role without a fixed monthly salary.

Communications Lead
The Communications Lead builds and protects the voice of Media Buyers Hub. This role owns how we speak to our community, partners and the outside world. From newsletters and community posts to announcements and internal updates, you keep everything clear, consistent and on brand.
- Plan and manage communication across email, community platforms and social channels for MBH.
- Turn internal updates into simple, clear and engaging messages.
- Work with leadership on communication around launches, partnerships and campaigns.
- Maintain communication calendars so members and partners always know what is happening.
- Collect feedback from the community and share useful insights with the team.
- Strong written communication in English with a clean, straightforward tone.
- Experience managing communication for a brand, community or organization.
- Comfort with email tools, community platforms and simple project management tools.
- Ability to organize information and meet deadlines without constant follow up.
- Calm, thoughtful approach when communication involves sensitive issues.
Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for making Media Buyers Hub visible to the right people and turning that attention into growth. You drive campaigns that bring new members, partners and clients into our ecosystem and keep the audience engaged.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across channels such as email, social and collaborations.
- Work with leadership to set clear growth goals and report on progress.
- Create and manage simple funnels from awareness to action.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers and media buyers when needed.
- Track key metrics such as leads, sign ups, event participation and campaign performance.
- Experience running marketing campaigns for a service based business, agency or community.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
- Comfortable reading numbers and making decisions based on data.
- Ability to manage several moving pieces at the same time without losing structure.

We are inviting partners in four locations to work closely with Media Buyers Hub and help expand our ecosystem in their market:
- Act as a main point of contact for Media Buyers Hub in your country.
- Help us connect with local media buyers, agencies, brands and communities.
- Support local events, training, recruitment or collaborations where relevant.
- Share local insight, opportunities and feedback with the MBH team.
- Work with us on agreed initiatives that can generate mutual growth and revenue.
- You have access to or can reach media buyers, agencies or marketing teams in your country.
- You understand how your local market makes decisions.
- You are comfortable representing a brand and building relationships.
- You are open to a partnership structure that grows over time instead of a fixed salary.
- This is a non salary collaboration role.
- Revenue share, commission or benefits are discussed with shortlisted partners.
- Time commitment is flexible, but you must be responsive and serious.
